Cuthbert Foundation

The Carl R. Cuthbert Community Band Foundation (CRCCB) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to promoting music education, training, and performance opportunities for any age at any stage of musical experience and competence. Named in honor of Carl R. Cuthbert and his lifelong dedication to playing in and promoting community bands across Maine, the Foundation supports the Harold J. Crosby Community Band, hosts an annual Band Camp in Dexter, offers free instrument loans, and provides financial assistance for music education. We are members of the New Horizons International Music Association and the Association of Concert Bands, and we celebrate the work of Maine composers and arrangers in every program we put together. All are welcome, regardless of age, playing ability, or instrument type.
